All Certified NeuroTransformational Coaches have first completed a recognized coach training program* before completing all four modules of BEabove Leadership’s Neuroscience, Consciousness and Transformational Coaching, a total of over 81 classroom hours (in addition to their core coach training). Upon completion of these modules, our certified coaches have then completed a rigorous Certification Program, which includes additional reading, review, coaching supervision and feedback. At the end of this program, they must pass a comprehensive written test (essay format) covering key neuroscience topics, as well as a one-to-one interview and coaching proficiency test. We’re very proud to recommend all our CNTCs as transformational coaches and experts in the neuroscience of human development. *in some rare cases, they may instead be trained as therapists — see individual information for more detail.
My name is Shani Magosky. Even though I have a long track record as an executive and business coach, I coach the whole person, and some sort of trauma imposed by a narcissist inevitably surfaces in the process of coaching. Often the person can’t get unstuck from present circumstances without first healing this trauma. As they say, “wherever you go, there you are.” This holds true not only for work but also for any other area of life.
Supporting others is a personal mission for me. Like many of you, I have had a number of toxic relationships in my life that have left lasting scars. During the early part of my career, I worked in financial services, an industry in which I grappled with a variety of toxic personality types. But it didn’t end there. In subsequent years, I suffered at the hands of a verbally abusive and manipulative boss, a direct report against whom I had to file a restraining order, and a perpetrator of a Ponzi scheme. I’ve done a lot of my own work on all of these circumstances.
In addition to my CNTC certification, I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and Certified Co-Active Professional Coach (CPCC) through the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI).
