All Certified NeuroTransformational Coaches have first completed a recognized coach training program* before completing all four modules of BEabove Leadership’s Neuroscience, Consciousness and Transformational Coaching, a total of over 81 classroom hours (in addition to their core coach training). Upon completion of these modules, our certified coaches have then completed a rigorous Certification Program, which includes additional reading, review, coaching supervision and feedback. At the end of this program, they must pass a comprehensive written test (essay format) covering key neuroscience topics, as well as a one-to-one interview and coaching proficiency test. We’re very proud to recommend all our CNTCs as transformational coaches and experts in the neuroscience of human development. *in some rare cases, they may instead be trained as therapists — see individual information for more detail.
Jane coaches people who are dealing with the everyday - but complex - challenges of life and work, especially in transitions such as maternity leave, returning to work, job change, promotion and retirement. She has always been fascinated by how people learn and change in response to their lived experience and believes that even in extreme situations we have a choice in our response.
With over 25 years of experience working in Learning and Development as a learning designer, consultant and, latterly, as a coach Jane has worked with people at all levels of seniority from new recruits to top executives. She has particular experience of working with NGOs (non-governmental organisations), Health and Nursing Services, environmental organisations, and digital learning technology companies. She has worked with national and international organisations such as the Royal College of Nursing Institute, the NHS, the United Nations Environment Programme and the International Baccalaureate and has coached people in a range of sectors and companies including Intercom, Capital One, Workday, Facebook, Salesforce, PebblePad, the NHS, the International Organization for Migration, and C40 cities.
Jane has raised three children whilst running her own businesses as a writer and learning designer. During their teenage years she was a single parent and carer to her parents so knows first-hand about the pressures experienced by working parents and those who are returning to the workplace.
Jane is a certified Co-Active Coach (CPCC), a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the ICF (International Coaching Federation), a certified Strengths Profile Practitioner and, last (but definitely not least!), a Certified NeuroTransformational Coach.
