All Certified NeuroTransformational Coaches have first completed a recognized coach training program* before completing all four modules of BEabove Leadership’s Neuroscience, Consciousness and Transformational Coaching, a total of over 81 classroom hours (in addition to their core coach training). Upon completion of these modules, our certified coaches have then completed a rigorous Certification Program, which includes additional reading, review, coaching supervision and feedback. At the end of this program, they must pass a comprehensive written test (essay format) covering key neuroscience topics, as well as a one-to-one interview and coaching proficiency test. Jetske aims to help people connect both with themselves and with others, in order to create a better understanding. In a business context this takes shape by helping leaders to growand develop themselves by creating self-awareness and build better relationships with their stakeholders. And by doing so increase their leadership impact, effectiveness and achieve sustainable results.
Her fundamental belief is that all people are naturally creative, resourceful and whole. Her coaching style is warm, open and yet confronting when needed.
Jetske brings over 20 years of business experience. She has held several general management and staff positions in Leadership Development, HR development, Procurement and Insurance while working for a global Bank and Insurance company. She has been responsible for the design and delivery of leadership development programs for top management and has been involved in major (cultural) change programs. The last 10 years, Jetske has coached and trained executives, high potentials and teams globally and across a range of industries. As an external trainer, coach and consultant, her assignments among others have been with global companies in the financial industry, retail, pharmaceutical & chemical industry.
Jetske is certified through CTI (Co-Active Training Institute) as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and holds the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentials with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She graduated from CTI’s Leadership Programme and is also a CTI Front-of-Room leader. She is an associate Certified Coach with Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Center Coaching, a KornFerry/Hay Group accredited Executive Coach in Emotional Intelligence, a certified MBTI practitioner, a certified Cultural Transformation Tools consultant through the Barrett Values Centre and a Certified NeuroTransformational coach through BEabove Leadership.
Her background is in Human Resources Development & Instructional Design, and she currently studies Work & Organisational Psychology.
