All Certified NeuroTransformational Coaches have first completed a recognized coach training program* before completing all four modules of BEabove Leadership’s Neuroscience, Consciousness and Transformational Coaching, a total of over 81 classroom hours (in addition to their core coach training). Upon completion of these modules, our certified coaches have then completed a rigorous Certification Program, which includes additional reading, review, coaching supervision and feedback. At the end of this program, they must pass a comprehensive written test (essay format) covering key neuroscience topics, as well as a one-to-one interview and coaching proficiency test. We’re very proud to recommend all our CNTCs as transformational coaches and experts in the neuroscience of human development. *in some rare cases, they may instead be trained as therapists — see individual information for more detail.
Jennifer helps professionals who serve others lead with greater focus, energy and impact. A former lawyer, Jennifer knows first-hand how external pressures can affect our thinking, behavior and well-being. When we’re stuck in survival mode, high-level thinking, decision-making, and growth become difficult.
A yoga practitioner since 1998 (yoga teacher for 7 years), and mindfulness meditator since 2011, Jennifer embraces a holistic approach to change.
In both her 1-on-1 coaching and her Pathways to Mindful Leadership program for organizations (aka Pathways to Change for United Way Bright Beginnings), Jennifer focuses on the whole person. Her framework integrates neuroscience, coaching, mindfulness and mind-body principles to support meaningful and lasting change and development from the inside out.
Additional credentials: Jennifer received her initial coach certification (CPCC) from the Coaches Training Institute. She is a credentialed member of the International Coaching Federation. She holds a BA in Philosophy and English from Tufts University and a law degree from Loyola University Chicago.
