All Certified NeuroTransformational Coaches have first completed a recognized coach training program* before completing all four modules of BEabove Leadership’s Neuroscience, Consciousness and Transformational Coaching, a total of over 81 classroom hours (in addition to their core coach training). Upon completion of these modules, our certified coaches have then completed a rigorous Certification Program, which includes additional reading, review, coaching supervision and feedback. At the end of this program, they must pass a comprehensive written test (essay format) covering key neuroscience topics, as well as a one-to-one interview and coaching proficiency test. We’re very proud to recommend all our CNTCs as transformational coaches and experts in the neuroscience of human development. *in some rare cases, they may instead be trained as therapists — see individual information for more detail.
At the age of nine, Indy Batth and her family immigrated to Vancouver from India via a seven-year stopover in England. Having grown up “between cultures,” she was compelled to focus her attention on diversity, inclusion, and social change.
Indy earned a Bachelor of Physical Education and Master of Arts in Education from the University of British Columbia. She spent much of her early career in academia, working to enhance student experiences through strategic student development and leadership initiatives, and later, facilitating and managing adult education programs in diversity and intercultural studies. With over 20 years experience as an educator and facilitator, Indy is grounded in her own knowing, wisdom and intuition, and passionate about integrating the latest in neuroscience, positive psychology, spiritual practice and social justice.
In 2008, Indy became a Certified Executive Coach (CEC) through Royal Roads University. And in March 2015, she completed certification as a Neurotransformation Coach (CNTC) through Be Above Leadership.
