About the Series

At a time when questions about racism and anti-racism are top of mind for people across the world (sometimes for the first time), we can’t help but look at these systemic issues through the lens of neuroscience and the Seven Levels.

What does the topic of race in America look like from the perspective of the Seven Levels of Effectiveness?

What is it to be truly above the line about race in America?

What do we see happening in the brain in terms of this conversation?

While these are the questions we have been asking ourselves, we are not the ones best equipped to answer them. We’ve brought in a group of beloved colleagues and fans of the Seven Levels to discuss with us the intersection of racism, neuroscience and consciousness, and to hopefully offer a new perspective on the dialogue that’s happening right now globally.

We hope you’ll join us for this free interview series, Neuroscience, Consciousness and (What Might be) an Awkward Conversation about the Racial Divide in America.
